I informed Barry's Collision of damage to my chrome trim by the painter when paint correction was made to the liftgate panel of my vehicle. The paint job was good, but attention to prepping and masking off areas lacked. Krista communicated she would speak to Barry about my concern, 3 days went by and no follow-up, sent three emails and no response.
