My husband dropped my winter coat off this week and I just opened the bag to put it on. Not only is my coat cleaned and dog hair free, but all the buttons were re-sewn and the inside chain repaired - all without my request. A lovely surprise and the peak of customer service. Many thanks for making my old coat look brand new!
