On 1/24/23 I purchased a 2017 Traverse from Barry's in West Union, Ohio. Being disabled I was not able to inspect the top, I walked out into the parking lot as far as I could for inspection. Because of the winter weather I was not able to wash the vehicle until 3/17/23. The top of the vehicle had severe hail damage. The salesman stated they would either find me another vehicle or take this one back but it was up to the owner. Wouldn't give them a one star...they refused my business because of being an ******** customer..booked my appointment over a month ago and them knowing I was a ******** customer then and the day of appointment absolutely refusing my business because I'm an ******** customer! Which is absolute discrimination! They have nothing posted saying they refuse all ******** customers!
