I purchased a 3-class pass on April 29, and nowhere in the two emails I received (welcome email and receipt) did it state that the pass expired in 21 days. I called multiple times to try and book a class, and not ONCE have they ever answered there phone. On September 28th, I finally showed up in person to try and book a class, to learn that my passes had expired. Holy crap the workouts are hard... but amazing. Staff are super friendly atmosphere is great and post-workout amenities are provided.
I had so much fun at my first Barry’s class! Highly recommend Adam’s classes, he was on point for all transitions and I could understand him clearly on the mic. I especially appreciate the fact that Barry’s has very thought out processes, everyone stands on the left of their bench, weights only go in front of the bench and you’re to only have 1 pair at a time.
