They took time out there day to call me back ,with is huge.
Isaac failed my vehicle for tires, rotors, some inoperative lights, and a rusted exhaust hanger. I understand these are legitimate safety concerns, and I respect that he is required to follow state inspection guidelines. What I don’t understand is why, after all failed items were repaired, I was made to wait nearly a week just to have the inspection sticker applied.
