I was visiting the DC area from Dubai for a week, and Barry’s Arlington truly stood out, this was hands down one of the cleanest Red Rooms I’ve experienced. I’ve been to Barry’s in London, Boston, Norway, and Singapore, and this location ranks among the best. Lydia P. was our instructor and she was incredible, clear instructions, high energy, and a perfectly structured workout. Amazing experience overall. Can’t wait to come back next time I’m in town!
Kate was amazing! This was my first class so I was very intimidated but Kate made sure to keep everyone motivated and was encouraging the whole class whether it was your first or 50th class. I appreciated her demos and her feedback, would definitely book with her again!
