Amazing doctors! Poor front of house and systems resulting in issues with bookings and random cancellations for no reason. If they could sort this out it would be a better explanation overall.
It was my first time at this clinic, which I chose after seeing their Google reviews. Not mentioning my name. I saw a male doctor, but I won't name him because of the clinic's policy regarding how their doctors work. We’ve been seeing Dr Jama Farah for almost a year now, and I can honestly say that I’ve finally found a doctor who truly knows how to work with toddlers and make their check-ups a positive experience. Absaloutly disgusted at the care and treatment of Doctor Asim Akram. I had an appointment for my daughter to expressed frustration in regards to her presentation. He attitude and demeanour was far from unacceptable. Today i visited Dr. Austin Nguyen . He was extremely friendly , highly skilled , extremely professional , caring and very attentive. He took a long time to listen carefully to my problem. He addressed my concern in a professional and simple way. The clinic was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I really appreciated their kindness and patience. Highly recommended.
