My mum is 82 and this was the 3rd time her appointment was rescheduled because the doctor was sick. They didn't inform us on today's appointment that again he was away. Mum saw another doctor who had limited idea why mum was there. Fees for the service was contradicting from doctor to receptionist. Male receptionist needs to smile and be more kind.
