Staff is so friendly, they are talkative and include you while they work. Super Knowledgeable and fun!
Miranda was amazing, had a blip with paint and she was definitely the best person to deal with situations. Very friendly and definitely great customer service!
Amazing staff. VERY knowledgeable. Not all about 'the Dale's. They genuinely care about the customer. Example: A fella came in wanting a very expensive stain to do the outside of his cottage. The staff member helping him (all staff agreed) advised him against & provided valid reasons...greatest being the cold temps. She advised that for the stain to be most effective...need 20 + degrees for at least 24hrs. Otherwise, waste of time & monies. A rarity in today's world...putting customer first beyond the sale.
