The FRONT DESK is HORRIBLE. GLADYS IS SOOO RUDE. I had to switch my son's care to another doctor just because of Gladys's rudeness to patients. THIS IS UNACCEPTALBE! I see after reading other reviews, that this behavior is consistent. She is ALWAYS trying to make it DIFFICULT for the patients. She needs to take a customer service class and understand that patients are the core of the practice. They need to be treated with dignity and respect.
By far the worst front desk experience I have ever encountered. The receptionist is rude and does not care about you or your issues. She would try to make things as convenient as possible for her and as inconvenient as possible for you. She is bitter and cold to patients - would not recommend. As for Dr. Wolinsky, if you can finally get that far, he is a bit eccentric. Very knowledgeable, but I didn't decide to go through the oral surgery with him, so I can't say much.
In my opinion, there is no more a kinder, more gentle Doctor on this earth. He has performed multiple surgeries on my jaw/teeth and all had excellent outcomes. I thank him overtime I see him. World class surgeon. Thanks Dr. Kolinsky
