Paid him for a front gate install in June and he still hasn't finished the job. It is a horrible concrete job, with sub-par materials and a spotty paint job missing 2 side panels. Didn't use outdoor hardware so it's all rusted already. Getting a hold of Jorge Barreiro is an absolute impossibility. He simply will not answer your call, texts and voicemailbox is always full.
