My father was referred to see Dr. Summer and this unprofessional Doctor not only did not examine my father but proceeded to laugh and sent him away. This doctor and his staff were incredibly unprofessional but lacked respect and empathy. My father was less that 2 minutes in his office received absolutely no care and yet his insurance was billed and he had to pay a 50 copay for absolutely nothing.
