I have called Dr. Barry Stern's office for a refill on my prostate meds (Finasteride) 4 x's, no return call, no refill and no call into my pharmacy ! Not sure if the answering service is simply not passing on the message or the if Doctors office is simply blowing me off. I have been with this doctor for about 10 years. This has never happened before.
