Dr. Benerofe was very nice. His nurse, who schedules the medical procedure was abrupt and inflexable. I asked if she could schedule me for the procedure for the following week as Dr. Benerofe suggested. The nurse said she could not, that the doctor was overbooked. I asked the nurse what should I do if I become very sick because of having to wait for an appointment for the medical procedure. The nurse said to go to the emergency room.
