We have been patients of Dr. Ross for many years. He has always been very professional and caring. He is conservative and reasonable in his approach to procedures and treatment. He has an excellent bedside manor, and we always felt very comfortable in his care. We would highly recommend him.
As I am a new Florida resident, I had my first colonoscopy and endoscopy today, May 13, 2022, with Dr. Ross. I was greeted by Jon, RN, who reassured me that everything will go well. I was also taken care of by the following Nurses: Kathie, Jamila, Gaby, and Melanie. They were all so very pleasant, professional and very caring at all times. The receptionist staff were also very pleasant! Dr. Ross and his staff are the best! I highly recommend Dr. Ross. Thank you for such great care!

Knowledgeable and professional....easy to talk to about issues
I have been seeing Dr Ross now for about 2 years. He is the only Dr in my 10 year history of having Ulcerative Colitis that has not only helped me but made me feel so comfortable. He takes time to speak with you each and every time I have come to see him. He and his entire staff are wonderful. Gail is truly the kindest person on his staff. Dr. Ross made me feel so comfortable , considering my first visit was regarding scheduling a colonoscopy. I was extremely nervous about the procedure. He was very professional, on time and had an amazing bed side manner. To have all of those qualities is very important to me . His office staff was also very friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Ross for Gastro issues.
I have been seeing Dr. Ross for years. He is very Professional and has a great Bedside Manor. He had helped me so much with Upper GI’s and Colonoscopies. I feel very confident when I go to see him.
Went for a routine colonoscopy screening. The Dr was fine and so was the procedure. However getting a surprise bill was not ok. BCBS pays 100% for the screening however this office insists on charging you for a New Patient appointment which is way more than a Consultation for your colonoscopy. I had them on the phone with BCBS who explained it to them. They refuse to submit it as a Consultation because of the extra work they have to do for a new patient.
