Mejorar la Atencion de las Recepcionistas tanto las de la entrada como las de la salida, que Sean mas amables y tengan mucho mas empatia con uno que es el Paciente 😔 un buen Servicio garantiza que uno haga recommendations. El doctor super amable y explicito totalmente Clase aparte con todo su personal en realidad parecen empleados descontentos y muy desconectados de su labor un ambiente bastante incomodo 😕☹️
The whole operation runs like a well oiled machine. From making appointments to promptly being seen by the Dr, then scheduled for whatever follow up appts are needed. The portal is an effective means of communication with the Dr and the staff. Dr. Ross is my physician of choice, he and Patria have advocated for me more than once. I appreciate their care and support.
Staff had problems pronouncing medication names. Otherwise great
