I took my cat here with an ear infection. I do not think the vet I saw had treated cats before. My boy is very high-strung so I sedate him before he goes to the vet. The doctor didn't burrito him so he was thrashing about. I asked the doctor to sedate him further so that he would settle down and let her treat him. She refused and muzzled him instead. RecommendedThis place is amazing. I have taken my pets here for 25 years and they are the best. I have lost 3 dogs and 2 cats in that time, and lost one cat just last week. They are the most caring and competent vets and staff you will ever find. Brant is one of the techs and he’s been there for years and he is the kindest and also so knowledgeable as well. I received amazing service for my cat, Brennen. The customer service, and price were both amazing!
My pup and I had our first experience here yesterday and we are more than happy with the whole office! Even though Percy (my almost 2 year old, very nervous and anxious labrador retriever) wasn't too fond of anyone there, they certainly knew how to calm him down and make him realize that they were only there to be his friend. Dr. Denise Montrose and her vet tech did so well with him and even made me feel at ease! I would recommend them to anyone, especially those who have dogs with severe anxiety!!!!!
I just moved to the area a few months ago and was nervous about finding a new vet, but the staff at Barry Road Animal Hospital were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. The cost was much less than I expected (always a good thing). They even called me a few days after the appointment to check on my kitty, which I really appreciated. I definitely made the right choice going here!
We’ve taken our pups here for almost 20 years! Absolutely LOVE the staff, they are nurturing and all true animal lovers. I wouldn’t trust my fur babies with anyone else!
