I was new to the area and made the rounds of everyone that rented Bobcats for gravel moving, dirt removing and hole digging for 11 new tree planting! Let me tell you, this is BY FAR the BEST rental company I've ever used in the 5 states as a Military Veteran I've lived in. I walked in and was greeted quickly and when I said I was a bit new with a Bobcat I was made at ease. I have been working with High Desert for a number of years and have been nothing but pleased. The people are very friendly as soon as you walk through the door and willing to help with whatever I need.
I made a reservation for a ride on asphalt roller for Friday 4/29. When I arrived at 1530 on Friday to pick it up, I was told by Cj that there was no reservation and that the ball must have been dropped somewhere. The customer service at Barry’s has gone down hill and very poor in my opinion.
