Field tech was good and informative. Back end staff was unorganized and misleading. Estimated roughly $500 for diagnoses which ended in a $888.62 invoice for 30 minutes of actual work. Service fee makes absolutely no sense if you’re paying hourly from the time the tech leaves the shop to when he comes back. No estimate was sent. No itemized invoice was sent to show what we were paying for. It’s unprofessional and unorganized. Cash grab to pad numbers. I believe his name was Tanner. If he ain’t a manager. Then someone at the Top is Slackin. He was Johnny on the Spot and He knew what he was doing. There’s always the concern that some Under-trained knucklehead Is going to be handling my equipment. But not Tanner, he was an absolute professional and a pleasure to be around .I’ll come Back due to him alone .I recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat. Thanks Tanner.

Absolutely the WORST company to deal with. Buying a tractor from them is easy but servicing them is a JOKE. I literally have never had a smooth service. One time they even lost my tractor for three months- couldn’t locate it in their yard. Never offered anything in return, or a rental. Literally a 10$ credit on my account was offered. LOL They massively over charge for service and never have any parts in stock so a simple oil service or filter change takes MONTHS.
