If i could give 0 i would. Receptionist are rude both over phone and in person. When you want to schedule an appointment with Barry, he is never physically there. Instead you get scheduled with doctor assistants who are not well medically trained. They don't know what they are doing. Is that even legal for the doctor to never be there. Every person i ask gets booked with same assistant never with doctor. You have to wait for about 5months for basic blood work results. This is unacceptable. So rude on the phone
I WOULD PUT THIS AT 0 STARS IF I COULD. I had initially scheduled an appointment and had the office confirm my appointment the day prior. BEFORE THAT, I sent them my mri report, which have my information and why I would need consulting. They told me that they do take patients with my insurance plan, BUT NOT MY AGE GROUP. Only ages 55+. WHY DID I HAVE TO WAIT TWO WEEKS FOR THIS INFORMATION AT THE FRONT OFFICE 15 MINUTES BEFORE MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT?
