Overall Doctors are phenomenal. Especially the PA that saw me. The office administration and services and their AI assistant are below par. Especially since we pay 23% of GDP on HC a total of $2.5 Trillion and I can't get anyone on the phone, only VM Also office hours states Friday hours from 8AM to 3:30PM and they closed at 2PM. This was an important call after emergency room visit. Even OH emergency room doc was unable to get a hold of anyone. Unacceptable....
Dr. Katz seems good physician but huge communications issues...can take 3 days to get a call back (Susan within the Lake Mary office not very friendly & forgot to give pre-procedure instructions).
I had an amazing visit at the Altamonte Location. Summer Flowers was so kind and welcoming. She helped relieved my concerns. Dr. Brooks provided excellent care and explained everything clearly. Outstanding service! Thank you for your kind, caring, and professional care!
Dr Katz is a very pleasant n concerned Doctor. I’ve been going to him for years.
