I adored Dr. Pollack, he made me feel comfortable checking in on my brain cyst. Unfortunately, his office staff has been less than helpful & less than kind. Dr. Pollack told me 5 years for another MRI which imaging called me to set it up. Then his office staff told me that I not his patient any more and I need to find a different way to get an MRI scan to Dr. Pollack as they do not consider me a patient. So I have to jump through numerous hoops now. Dr. Pollack gets 5 stars. His office staff gets -5 stars.
Appointment with Dr Pollock was very informative and his office was appointment was 👍 great 😃
Dr Pollack has been wonderful to work with. He i had great bedside manner and genuinely cares about his patients.
Dr Pollock is one of the best drs I've ever been to. He really listens to you and talks to you like a real person. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a neurosurgeon.
