Never have I been treated in such an insulting way. The condescending attitude from the director is appalling. I was never rude, I only ever asked for help in a bad situation with the house I was renting. Apparently I don't matter in this setting. But aren't we forgetting where the money came from? I was the customer in this dynamic, I did not deserve to be treated badly and will tell the world to avoid Barry Plant, and the director, at all costs.
