I worked with Kathy who was absolutely amazing. She came back with her quotes and was great with the follow-ups and also gave me the time and space for me to decide - which I truly appreciate. Unfortunately for Kathy, the Workers Comp market has the same rates for all carriers and we ended up renewing with our current carrier. even in that situation I think Kathy was very professional and only full of advice and kindness.
