Dr. Rosenbaum, and his colleagues are all great! The office staff are all friendly as well with the exception of one lady named Patricia. She is very condescending and rude to her co-workers as well as the patients. She has a very rude manner when she answers the phones and makes me feel like I don't even want to call into the office a lot of times. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
