They do not answer emails or return calls within a timely manner. I was under contract to buy a new construction property and this office was the closing agent for the seller as well as the lawyer for the seller. The seller more than two years after the contract was signed has still not completed (and has barely started) the construction. The seller used these lawyers to write up a contract to cancel the original purchase agreement. My money was supposed to be refunded within 90 days.
