A friend asked me to look at a computer that he bought used that had a lot of pop-up messages, and he said it never "ran right." He took it to Meek the Geek to repair it once already, but it still never worked. I found the computer was absolutely full of adware, browser hijacks, and miscellaneous junk software all installed on one particular date, and the owner said that was during the time the computer was at this "business." Avoid this place at all costs!!! Something is really wrong with this man. When you first walk into the business you can see stuff hoarded all over the place. Barry's office reeks from the old food he leaves laying around and is extremely hoarded and packed full. The bathroom has bugs crawling in it. Barry talks down to his customers and likes to make you feel stupid or like you're wasting his time. He takes forever to get work done and then will try to charge you extra for calling to ask about it. He is rude and overly sexua... read more

I rate this business one star because of their awful service! I come in with my HP in the beginning of June '08 and I still haven't gotten my computer back and it's now the middle of September '08! The wait isn't the only thing about the awful service. I've had numerous times when Meek did not call me back with updates of my computer, in fact he's never called me at all! I've always had to be the one to call him! Barry Meek isn't even the one working on my computer, it's his brother! He didn't even provide his brother's numb... read more
