Excellent attorney I hired Barry Benson twice in the past seven years to help me with a difficult guardianship situation. In each situation I found Barry Benson to be an excellent attorney. He is not only extremely knowledgeable about the law, but a fair, caring and compassionate person. I would definitely utilize his services in the future.
Billable Hours! Barry Benson left me very annoyed. While he was handling an estate matter for my family, he charged for every second possible. While following up with one of HIS experts, he charged for every call and e-mail. Supposedly, he knows and respects this guy but he never replied to any of Barry's letters, emails or calls. This went on for 8 mos where he charged for all the follow ups and we still haven't heard from this expert.
