Barry sold our land for us in a remarkable four days. Berry had all the paper work to sell, on a Friday and all the paper work done on Monday to except the offer. Barry had the paper work to the Tidal Co. and thirty days latter it closed. We could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, caring person. Barry kept us up to date on all of the proses. Barry was very pleasant to work with which made selling my home seem more like fun than work. His quick responses made me feel like I was his most important client. He was very knowledgeable & walked me thru the entire process. We had a solid offer just 2 weeks after we listed & the whole deal was done & closed in only 6 weeks total. Barry helped my family purchase a new home and sell our existing one. The whole process went so smoothly and quickly. Barry was great to work with and kept me in the loop every step along the way.
