The doctor is very personable and doesn't make you feel rushed.
The doctor explained everything before he got started with the procedure. The doctor, the staff made me feel comfortable. I would recommend the doctor.
Dr. Levitt was very thorough and professional. Staff was very professional and accommodating. I have been a patient of this practice for many years. If I had any complaint, it's availability. I have an urgent concern. I had to drive to a more distant location in order to be seen in a timely manner.
I love Dr. Leavitt. He is a very good doctor and he explains e everything to you and answers all questions. My only negative is his medical assistant. She doesn't return calls and when I spoke to her on the phone was very rude.
I mistakenly scheduled a 2nd appointment with Dr. Levitt because I thought he was the same doctor that treated me back in 2018 but once I was in the office with him, I quickly remembered why I didn't have my endoscopy performed by him. I felt like a nonfactor and he is just very dry and off putting. I feel he needs some patient compassion training. He just acted like he didn't have time and some of the things and the way he said them came off very snobbish and condescending.
