Zero stars. We bought what we were told was a brand new generator, for over 14k but were actually sold a used one with a service tag for another persons address. When we questioned about being sold a used generator, we were lied to. We sent proof, and then were told there must have been a mix up. We were then told it would be exchanged within a month, it’s been almost 4 and the switch was never done.
They had to come back for a second day and didn't change their quote. Everything works and is upgraded as requested.

Don’t waste your time with this company have scheduled work for over 5 month they never show up. When I call and ask when they coming they’d imply lie saying they will be there next week and never show up. Bunch of liar don’t waste your time here.
Latreille Electric completed a generator electrical startup. They were prompt, thorough and professional. All round good service. Highly recommended.
