We needed to upgrade our panel and breakers. Chad was communicative, professional, courteous and very reasonably priced, not to mention punctual. Our expectations were exceeded, as the crew was very tidy, and thorough. I will definitely use Latreille Electric again.
Zero stars. We bought what we were told was a brand new generator, for over 14k but were actually sold a used one with a service tag for another persons address. When we questioned about being sold a used generator, we were lied to. We sent proof, and then were told there must have been a mix up. We were then told it would be exchanged within a month, it’s been almost 4 and the switch was never done.
They had to come back for a second day and didn't change their quote. Everything works and is upgraded as requested.
