I wish that I would have read the reviews before I hired them. A year later after they removed old plants and planted new boxwoods, I’m still digging up roots from the old plants they removed and had to replant boxwoods in order for them to be evenly spaced and in a straight line as I requested.
Allen is a very hard worker. He takes care of everything for my entire yard on a recurring basis with no need for a reminder. Very Friendly Christian family man.
The lack of customer service with Barry Landscape is mind blowing. I called twice to inquire about them helping with a tree removal. They took down my information and said that they would get back with me. When they did not call back I followed up the following day and the gentleman I spoke to, I am assuming Barry (he did not identify himself), simply said that they do not do that service.
