Went in to Barry’s with 2 watches with band issues and another with a mechanism issue. He fixed all 3 in under 15 minutes for a very reasonable price. He is clearly very knowledgeable and saved me time and money. Will be going back again for any future problems!

I had a terrible experience with this watchmaker. He is very dodgy, overpriced, and not honest. His customer service is awful—when I asked for a receipt, he only gave me an invoice. I tried to complain, but his sarcastic attitude left me no choice but to leave this negative review instead of arguing with him in his shop. Rang Barry re replacement battery for a Longines watch. Yes he could do. Called him back re cost ….$100. CASH only Took watch expecting to have to leave as usually needs to be done with vacuum. Hey presto …took back off, battery off wall and within 5 minutes finished!!!!! Left to get cash expecting to be less in consideration of time taken and cost of battery but NO $100 Never again beware

I cant say Barry is a competent Watchmaker but he did give me some good advice. Will definitely stick to getting my watches repaired at the jewellers like I usually do.
