Went in to Barry’s with 2 watches with band issues and another with a mechanism issue. He fixed all 3 in under 15 minutes for a very reasonable price. He is clearly very knowledgeable and saved me time and money. Will be going back again for any future problems!

I had a terrible experience with this watchmaker. He is very dodgy, overpriced, and not honest. His customer service is awful—when I asked for a receipt, he only gave me an invoice. I tried to complain, but his sarcastic attitude left me no choice but to leave this negative review instead of arguing with him in his shop. When I went in for a quotation, he itemized the work he would do on my watch and quoted me $200. Although I felt the price was too high, I agreed because the watch holds sentimental value for me. Rang Barry re replacement battery for a Longines watch. Yes he could do. Called him back re cost ….$100. CASH only Took watch expecting to have to leave as usually needs to be done with vacuum. Hey presto …took back off, battery off wall and within 5 minutes finished!!!!! Left to get cash expecting to be less in consideration of time taken and cost of battery but NO $100 Never again beware
