We travel 3 hours to see Dr Barry. I feel like he may be a really intelligent Doctor but his is condescending and does not listen to this patient. Cuts me short when I’m talking and makes me feel like he doesn’t really care what I have to say. It’s a long way to drive to leave feeling like I’m overreacting to all my symptoms. And my symptoms have not improved. I understand the way insurance and medication works but I’ve been having symptoms since March 2025. So no resolutions and bad treatment. Really discouraging.
I was a patient at this clinic for about 2-3 years. I presented with chronic migraines that were beginning to affect my vision. They worked hard to find a medication that would work for me and never gave up on me even when my migraines would not respond to the regular medications. Worst doctor, no make that "professional", I've EVER met. He was rude, judgemental, and all around condescending the entire visit. No joke, this guy rolled his eyes, laughed and scoffed at me my entire visit! Absolutely horrible experience. My dad lives here in Fort Woth and my brother and I live in Maryland. He was given a diagnosis of dementia in an emergency stay at HEB and Dr. Kane was assigned to see him in light of some confusion. The hospital told us to follow-up with Dr. Kane to get the results of the MRI, CT and EEG. My brother and I flew to Texas to attend this appt with him.
