I had a very close friend see Dr. Berry yesterday. The front office was very kind. The new building is beautiful and so clean. The MA for Dr. Berry, a male. I forget his name, was so kind and compassionate to my friend. Dr. Berry is very much to the point, but he is SOOOO intelligent and his scribe is so sweet. Dr. Berry listened and when delivering hard news he still showed compassion and gave grace. Kane Hall and Berry is a TERRIBLE practice! I will NEVER use them again! I will NEVER recommend them! Conclusion: Poor communication with Doctor. 5 months to get CPAP equipment for sleep apnea (after a stroke). CPAP supplies needed in May but cannot schedule a doctor to approve supplies until July! I hope this information keep others from being as frustrated as I have been!

We travel 3 hours to see Dr Barry. I feel like he may be a really intelligent Doctor but his is condescending and does not listen to this patient. Cuts me short when I’m talking and makes me feel like he doesn’t really care what I have to say. It’s a long way to drive to leave feeling like I’m overreacting to all my symptoms. And my symptoms have not improved. I understand the way insurance and medication works but I’ve been having symptoms since March 2025. So no resolutions and bad treatment. Really discouraging.

I called today urgently needing an appointment and I talked to Dakota and she was totally amazing understanding friendly and I just really want everyone to know how great she was!! Ty Dakota!!

I was referred to Kane Hall Barry almost three weeks ago by my Orthopedic Surgeon for arthritis in my hands because I need an EMG, and never heard from them to schedule my appointment. I called this morning and was rudely informed that I was listed as having medicaid, despite my being married and living in a household making well above the financial threshold for assistance.
