Unbelievable! I have been trying to schedule an appointment with Dr. Cukor and his office for almost a year now. They have called me last minute to reschedule three times. This fourth try, I went into the office for the appointment I thought that I had, and I was not on the schedule. This is beyond rude and incompetent. So very frustrating. He seems to be a good doctor and in very high demand but if they’re going to treat potential patients like this, what is the point? My advice—don’t bother. After 45+ mins waiting for the Dr. I walked out. The staff tried to find him but didn’t seem to know where he was. Leading up to the appt, I was essentially harassed through repeated emails and texts to ensure I was going to show for the appt, and that they wanted me there 15 mins early. They warned of a cancellation fee if I didn’t show or was late and yet they didn’t show….
