I hired Barry Hogan for criminal charges several years ago. He wrote an illegal retainer stating if I fire him I cannot get a refund, I paid him 20 thousand dollars and after he did nothing for months I fired him ,and had to sue him to get any of my retainer back I also reported his illegal non-refundable retainer to the lawyers board of professional responsibility he was then admonished. I've never had a worse experience with a lawyer strongly suggest you seek a real attorney who enjoys the work they do.
