I’d been to two other wig places before Bitz-N-Pieces and neither was a good experience. Needing a wig isn’t easy. But from the get-go, Bitz-N-Pieces, not only had the goods, they were welcoming and easy to deal with. Tania was patient and fun. And Edward showed me a range of things he thought would work for me, then customized my choice perfectly. He was a treat – like a life-long friend who really cared about my situation. I loved that.
