Like many of the other contractors he owes us 100s of thousands off two jobs. He constantly denied pay apps saying they were incorrect. His office staff supports his shady behavior. We kept working trying to help and get the job done in hopes to get paid. He will lie to get money from your insurance company. He owes at least 4 subs off the Boise museum job (400k). He puts businesses under by not paying to pad his pocket. He’s a horrible general contractor. It’s to bad they didn’t Let him die when he tried offing himself!
Wish I could leave less than one star. Wrote off thousands of dollars because he doesn't pay his subs or suppliers. Shady to say the least.
