I have had the unfortunate experience of having to plan the funeral of my father and then 3 weeks later my husband. Nick came to pick my father up on August 6th and then my husband on August 27th. Nick made sure we said our final goodbyes prior to removing the body. He also left my home with my husband's face uncovered so my children could see their father like he was asleep. I was very disappointed on the day of my mom’s funeral. The family had to position the casket and the flowers. The pall bearers were completely confused with no direction. Many mourners had to put flags on their own cars. No cars were arranged to follow the hearse to the cemetery. There were a lot of people not impressed by their service.
