Tried contacting Dr. Frank got a run around from his office staff. Nobody called me back after calling so many times, just to see what was going on and why I never got a call back. Now I heard I am not one only person who had this problem. It’s time to stand up and let someone know this is not the way to treat people. How dare you do this to people who are sick and looking for help.
In a State where finding a good doctor is like finding a needle in a haystack, I am more than happy to pass along the best needle in the gastroenterology haystack this side of Florida, or any other state. Dr. Frank is an outstanding gastroenterology specialist. He performs a very thorough patient examination and treatment. Dr. Frank is very personal and he really cares for the well being of his patients. The office and nursing staff are very efficient and organized. Dr. Frank has been our family's doctor for over 20 years and I highly recommend him for anyone's gastroenterology needs.
I am a snowbird and see Dr Frank along with my wife when in Florida. He is knowledgeable, caring and extremely thorough. He tells it like it is.
