I had a really good experience for my first appointment. The doctor was actually very thorough and believed everything I said.
Dr. Zeffren has figured out what would help me when 3 other doctors could not. He is great. Thank you, Dr. Zeffren!
Would give zero stars if I could. This place is a joke and they should be embarrassed. Horrible customer service and not accommodating at all.
This office is not accommodating and consistently disappoints me. They need to shift to a patient-first mentality. I’d recommend going elsewhere if you need allergy injection treatments.
The longer I am under the care of Dr. Zeffren, the more personable he gets and the more I like him. His staff is very good to me, as well. They get you in and out for your shots, and the office is very clean.
