$75 for a missed appointment when you called the morning of due to car troubles is robbery. I had a good experience at first but after the allergy test and lack of informative information 3 appointments in, I don't even understand why i was scheduled for a follow up. He came into the room for all but 2 seconds for the allergy test. It was very inappropriate how little time he spent in the room before declaring I was not allergic to anything and walking out. I switched to Dr Zeffren’s practice a few months ago after being extremely disgruntled with my previous allergist. My experience thus far has been nothing short of amazing. Every staff member from the front desk, the shot administrator, and Dr Zeffren himself have been super nice. They all seem to really care about what they do. It is easy to get an appointment and they accommodate to move your shots and appointments to the same day. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new allergy/asthma specialist. I had a really good experience for my first appointment. The doctor was actually very thorough and believed everything I said.
Dr. Zeffren has figured out what would help me when 3 other doctors could not. He is great. Thank you, Dr. Zeffren!
Would give zero stars if I could. This place is a joke and they should be embarrassed. Horrible customer service and not accommodating at all.
