I reached out to our sales rep Mike Conway to get some information and pricing. From the start he was very responsive, knowledgeable and attentive. We had a job start on a Monday and the prior Wednesday I asked him for a price to rent a 145 class excavator. He gave the best all in price and by Monday morning 6am he had a machine on site, that's customer service.
