I called and normal have to deal with rude people who clearly dislike their job, and never help sincerely. However, this experience was the polar opposite. A lovely employee, Yuliana, went above and beyond her duties to help me. I am more than grateful for her, and she deserves a raise in my opinion. She was amazing! Thank you again. :)

Barry Electric holds customer deposits forever even when you pay every bill on time and never miss a month and they refuse to give a clear reason or written policy so they just sit on millions of dollars of member money for years and treat it like normal even though a deposit is supposed to be temporary not permanent and this is not how a member owned cooperative should treat the people who fund it because customers deserve honesty respect and a real refund policy that gives deposits back once good payment history is proven.... read more

This evening I hit our meter with the ROP on my mower knocking it completely off. Of course our power went down. I called and spoke with the Barry Electric and in less than an hour we had a couple of friendly linemen out to get us back up and running. Thanks so much
