Is there much else to say except this guy is incompetent and rude? He couldn't care less about his patients.

I have had problems with him not sending blood work order needed for medicine. He does not do what he says he will do. He also asked why I lived in the middle of nowhere, which was none of his business. I told him I needed my medicine, and he did not seem to care about refilling it. He made me feel like I was beneath him.

This is the worst doctor I've ever met. He witholds medication because his office staff is useless and doesn't want to do their job of getting labs ect from other facilities. He yells at his patients, even some of the staff agree's people either like or dislike him. I was living in pure pain for months to find someone to treat me because he quit treating me for my health issue, and did nothing to help with finding another provider. Very unprofessional.

He didnt even talk to me about my blood tests an and just refered me back to PCP. I don't think he even looked at them, he mentioned a stool test being normal but the meeting was over before I remembered to ask, think he just looked at whatever was on too since I got it later. I have issues with concentrating and figuring things out and I hallucinate, but I know there were some flagged areas of my blood tests which I can access from my quest anytime, and I used to be on meds which eased my physical discomfort a little but I ... read more

worst rheumatologist I've ever seen .Inaccurate records, dismissive, unengaged , did not order his own testing, didn't examine me or answer questions instead referred me back to my PCP and his you tube videos.

Dr. Shibuya saw my mother for her severe arthritis symptoms. He was absolutely horrific. He immediately prescribed large doses of three different meds with poor instructions on how best to take them and then when she went back to complain of the severe side effects she was having due to the meds, told her she needed to see another specialist to address them. He is not sympathetic to his patients, hard to reach and completely dismissive of what his patients tell him.

Dr. Shibuya?s demeanor can be summed up in a single word, ?rude?. After several years of treating various joint pain via orthopedic physicians and with a blood test in hand that showed triple the normal blood inflammation, Dr. Shibuya prescribed Prednisone, Sulfasalazine and Alendronate. All of these drugs can cause issues and my complaints fell on deaf ears.
