The doctor is old school and seems quite interested but overlooks obvious details
I'm a long time elderly patient in need of a virtual visit. I was turned down and told to go to an urgent care. With the virus epidemic I don't want to go where others are infected. No way to reason with the desk clerk. Who is usually not very nice. So I'm very upset.
