I had to use them because of the area I live and to establish a base. Don't use them if you can gain access to another source. I was ignored on my issues and was lied to about my services. Was put on a medication that was for bi polar or they thought I was crazy. It made me feel like I could never be happy, I almost hurt my son and animals. The counselors are great. But the front office staff are the most rude and unhelpful people I've ever experienced in any office. I can't even begin to understand it. Very counter productive to why people are there.

GO GET RE DIAGNOSED IVE BEEN HERE SINCE I WAS 15 YOU KNOW THEY REALLY COUNT YOUR MISSED APPOINTMENTS AND BOOT YOU ON THAT 3RD JANUARY TO JANURARY. I HAVE HAD SERVICES ALL OVER AND THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST IN THE STATE. SO MANY PEOPLE HUNG UP ON THE BEURPCRACY OF PAPERWORK THEY CANT ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING FOR ANYONE THE ONLY THING WORSE THAN THIS IS THE GATE KEEPERS AT UNITED WAY

Absolutely not ok. No only did they insult me and treat me like im an idiot. They also lost some of my paper work. Ignored that i cant do morning appointments due to my fibromyalgia. ARGUED with me about getting disability. So unprofessional. Wasnt helpful at all and honestly made me feel worse.
