Bought a Mazda 3 in early November 2022 from Barry. When test driving, I heard clicking between gears, I was told that it would be fixed before I bought it along with some covers on the suspension. My mechanic said it was probably also engine mounts. Have almost made my second purchase from Barry in 18 months and have to say it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with someone that actually looks after you, not like a lot of other car dealers that are to see you, but after the sale.
My recent purchase # OIL SMELLS AFTER DRIVING VEHICLE # BOOT RELEASE DOES NOT WORK # FRONT WINDSCREEN LEAKS ONTO THE PASSENGER FRONT CARPET (5MM OF WATER) THEY OFFERED TO PUT 50% Or $105 TOWARDS A NEW WINDSCREEN. 1 STAR for my 2 trips to Ballarat and nothing was achieved.
