I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at this office. When I first scheduled my appointment, I was specifically told that the doctor specializes in treating chalazions. I arranged time off work and went to the Navarre location, only to find out the doctor wasn’t even there — something the receptionist failed to mention when I booked. They were very thorough and polite, and they even answered all my questions before I asked them when I left I will knew exactly what's going on for a change
