I live on 7th Ave and Osborn... Belcourt apartments... They just sold the place.. my Family and I have lived here 5 years.. No Complaints.. We been waiting a year to move in too a 2 bedroom... They didn't even tell us they were selling.. Now I have to wait again... Because the new management didn't know.. Frustrating..

I've lived here for almost 5 years. Management is polite and courteous . It's nice and peaceful.
