Outstanding from start to finish. The ladies (from reception to technologist) were professional, pleasant, thorough and skilled. Mutiple studies in several modalities accomplished with no stress. Thank you and well done ladies.
Terrible. Disgusting lab , disgusting people that treat you like shit. Avoid this place.. go to some lab that treat you as human. I don’t even know why this place still open.
This office is staffed by a litany of liars. I have called trying to get my medical records for my new provider numerous times. Mind you, I am sick as a dog and have been since my first visit here over three years ago. We’re simply trying to figure out how to get me well again if I am in fact not actually dying. I book the appointment on line for 2.15 pm on July 15th 2022. Waited for 45 minutes outside in my car, very hot day 85 degree. Refused to let me sit inside, front desk told me, sick patient not allowed to sit inside. Dr Israel Gonzalez never checked me, told me I am covid positive, prescribed me medication for covid. Next day I went to CityMD urgent care, tested covid negative. They treated me well, Today July 28th. I am felling very well. No covid problem. Very bad experience.
Dr Chu is an excellent doctor. She is patient, thorough, and does everything possible to make you feel comfortable, even in the most uncomfortable of situations. John P.
Terrible service. They lose appointments and don’t care. If you want personal service go somewhere else. The office workers don’t care because you are just a number to them.
Dr Dobriner and his entire staff at ProHealth Colon and Rectal Care are all nothing less than Super. Dr Padilla,the anesthesiologist, Lenee in Clinical Care, Jenelle in recovery, Ashley at the front desk, and Victoria in scheduling all go above and beyond to help patients get the best care in the nicest ways. They actually made getting a colonoscopy easy and trouble free. I never saw a staff so pleasant and helpful. I recommend them highly. Ed Hayes, Floral Park, NY.
