Great urologist, treated my son with care, the only complaint I had was how one of the nurses took out my son's iv, they just need to be more careful with brushing/moving the cords that can tug the needle. However the rest of his team is great with care and clear communication.
Tried calling 3 separate times. Every time I heard the front desk answer, they were laughing and goofing off, and then put me back on hold to never be answered again. 3 TIMES!! Do your job and stop messing around at work. I have a newborn son and this is the type of service I get? Pathetic.
Our son needed surgery so we’ve been seeing Dr. Chang for the past 4 months. The surgery took place last month & it went great! The recovery has gone as expected as well. We’ve met with two of his colleagues for appointments & they are all on the same page as far as care/advice goes. We are very pleased with Dr. Chang & his staff.
LACK OF BEDSIDE MANNER. Please do not waste your time with Barry Chang, MD. We stated that our son was only 6 days old, and was in the NICU. He proceeded to be extremely condescending and patronizing. We asked two questions as we had absolutely no knowledge of where the potential surgery will be held and he lacked so much bedside manner to our situation.
