I have used Barry Carpet for all of my family's carpet, LVT, and wood flooring needs for 43 years. I have been very pleased with every job they have done, as they are professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating; they have an excellent selection of flooring options with a range of prices; they always charge a fair price; and the installations are great. Jim at Barry Carpet did a great job helping us pick new carpets for our townhouse. He helped me understand the costs and timelines for installation, and didn't try to sell me something that was outside my budget. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Barry Carpet did 3 of our fitness studios. They delivered on time and under budget. Jill and Marbella know everything about flooring. They saved me a bundle on our carpet. They were easy to talk to and easy to get on the phone. So nice to work with people who know what they are doing. Customer Service was a 10 out of 10. Their customer service is very poor. The mill sent them the wrong carpet a few weeks before installation. They neglected to identify this error. The morning when they were supposed to do the install one of the owners called me advising that they received the wrong carpet and that it will take a week or so to receive the correct one. Worked with Jill to get the carpet replaced for all 3 bedrooms in my condo. She is very knowledgeable, straight forward and easy to work with. And their installation crew did a great job.
